More than a simple space for passage or temperature management, the porch is an essential room in Inuit daily life, especially in winter.

This project explores the potential of containers to allow a variety of complementary uses in the house, from storage to daily activities. The aim here is to evaluate existing house types and imagine a variety of effective and coherent additions. The interior of this extra room can take several forms: its flexibility and the modularity of its components allow reorganizations according to the seasons.
